Watch and Listen to the Court of Appeals Hearing on MYR Schools From This Afternoon

This is the hearing where WCPSS appealed Judge Howard Manning's decision months ago that required parental consent before mandating year-round school attendance. Judge Manning ruled in favor of the parent organization, WakeCARES, at that time. Now it's a wait-and-see game as to what the ruling of the 3 Appeals Court judges will be. I attended the hearing today, but I would encourage all who are interested to listen to the proceedings for themselves.
