What Timing!
Is WCPSS.NET intermittently up and down today?? It sure looks that way to us. We have not been able to send email to anyone @wcpss.net, or even reach http://www.wcpss.net/ since late last night. My IT geek (his words) husband thinks it is probably coincidental, but he wonders why you would be able to get to the Office of Growth Management site by IP address, but not get anywhere else on the wcpss.net network by name.
On the positive side (for them), if this continues through the weekend, at least the School Board members will not have to wade through a lot of email that contains disagreeable opinions before the meeting on Tuesday.
UPDATE: It looks like they've been back up since about 5:10PM.

Thanks Bill. I sent one to all of the Board members last night about 11:30, and got an out of office msg back from Susan Parry's account as well, but it came at 4AM. I think it must be up and down over there right now. I did set up a monitor though that will auto check the web site every five mins. I'm just going to let it continue to run over the weekend to see what happens.
